I have my story Fifteen posted at ff.net (under the penname "Mysid") as well as here at LJ. At ff.net, the story has a rating of "T", equivalent to PG-13. "Fifteen" just received this review at ff.net:

I know this is not technically slash. but it does have mentions of it. I read you story halfway, then I stopped because that just not my thing.

I would really appreciate if you put mentions of slash warning in your summary.

And perhaps you could even write a non-slash version of this. I for 1 would love to see Sirius on his other adventures.

My reply to Azer:

Mysid is the penname I use for slash stories, so you are probably better off not reading anything written by "Mysid". My older penname, JKLB, might have some stories you would like.

As for a putting a "slash warning" in the summary, I don't think it is necessary. I am more than willing to warn readers that a story is sexually explicit (if it is), but a T-rated story is a T-rated story whether the characters like someone of the same sex or the opposite sex.

Homosexuality is just as normal as heterosexuality, and I refuse to "warn" people about it. If you disagree, we will simply have to agree to disagree.

And my final comment--which I did not include--"Bitch."

I have been most fortunate in that several wonderful people have turned their time and talents to translating some of my fanfics into other languages, and I thought it might be a good idea to post an entry with links to all of them. ...and then Hermione jolted awake. Although she was relieved that it was just a dream, undoubtedly brought on by N.E.W.T. induced pressure (dropping out of Hogwarts is not an excuse to skip one's N.E.W.T.s), Hermione felt compelled to discover just what her dream meant. Forgoing her old copy of Dream Divination, Hermione went straight to a Muggle book, Dream Interpretation.

"Huh," she mused as she finished scanning the entry for 'submarine', "that's what I thought it would say. Must have been written by a Freudian."

And turning out the light, she found herself contemplating Professor Lupin's warm eyes.

A plotbunny hopped up to me and asked, "Why is Remus such a chocoholic in fanfiction? He never eats it in canon." I told the bunny that he was absolutely right. Remus merely has chocolate available on occasions when students are likely to encounter Dementors and require its medicinal properties. “Be prepared” is just as apt a motto for DADA professors as it is for Boy Scouts. (Peter, on the other hand— Ron tells us that Scabbers loves Fudge Flies.)

Which is not to imply that I dislike chocoholic-Remus. I love the stuff, so I find it believable that Remus might too. I simply thought it high time to write a story in which he doesn't care for it.
