Hands

Two completely different fandoms, but one glorious kink: hands. Most of you on my list are fans of one of these fandoms or the other, but may I strongly suggest that you all try reading BOTH of these:

In the HP inspired Play It Again by kabeyk, Sirius gets all hot and bothered at the sight of Remus's hands: playing the piano, fiddling around with rings, and most of all, touching himself or Sirius. (And I get all hot and bothered along with him.)

In The Charioteer inspired Hands Clasping by poicale, it's Laurie getting all hot and bothered at the sight or touch of Ralph's hand. (For those of you who've never read The Charioteer you need to know that Ralph's hand was disfigured when he was wounded in WWII. He's missing some fingers, and the palm is an inch narrower than it should be.) This one leaves me feeling all warm and fuzzy.

Both of these stories have been around for a while, but I recently reread one and was inspired to post this joint recommendation.

Oh, if you liked this, it's quite different but you have to read "24 hours of a woman's life" by Stefan Zweig. I love this author, his writing is gorgeous if a little bit depressing. But in this novel the main character fall in love with a man while watching his hands. One of the most impressive "love at first sight scene" I ever read....

As for Stefan Zweig I'd reaaly advise you to read "24 hours in a woman's life" and "Confusion"

I want Remus!

After much deliberation and thought about what I want, I realized that the answer was obvious: REMUS! I have a teenage-James icon, a teenage-Sirius icon, and even a Wormtail (as a rat) icon, but I don't have a single icon of Remus alone.

So, I'd like Remus--just Remus--as a teenager. I'd prefer that he not be reading a book (since that's too cliche--and Sirius is doing that in his icon). Other than that, I'll leave it in your capable hands.

Haha ! I did it ! I guess you were thinking I never would, which would be fair seeing how I usely want to do much more than my timetable allows me to and end up doing nothing at all.
