Date: 2004-06-06 10:22 am (UTC)Here you have someone who has read all your slash fics published in ff.net -and in another website I can't remeber right now U_U- and checked if you had a Livejournal searching for more... -with succesful results, as it's obvious ^^U-
I love your characteritzations. You get perfectly the personality of Remus' and give a very strong one to Sirius -I think you put him in-character too, but I think it's more difficult to know how Sirius was from the information given in the books than Remus-.
I really liked this fic too. You made me be afraid of Remus sometimes! And it just made sense, because it wasn't just Reamus being a beast. I think it was more as if his deepest fears and frustrations -Sirius leaving him for james, he being not able to have children- were coming to the surface and he wasn't able to control them, having lost part of his 'human side'.
I love how you write the 'wolf part' of Remus. And how Sirius manages to deal with him.
And the end... It was a good way to connect your fic with the canon. Although it broke my heart... -just as "A Picture is Worth a Thousand Lies"-.
I hope you doesn't mind me leaving reviews here to your fic without being asked to... I would have reviewed on fanfiction.net but, since this one was NC-17, I supposed you weren't going to publish it there. Anyway, I wanted to say some of this things about your fics to you, and I though it was a good chance...
Thanks!
Date: 2004-06-07 09:06 am (UTC)I'm glad you think that I succeeded in keeping everyone in character--it's always a primary goal of mine. And I like what you said about this revealing Remus's insecurities rather than just being random darkness. If it had just been pure, "When I'm a wolf I want to eat people," there would have been no reason for anyone to later suspect that human-Remus might mean James harm.

I’ve also read all of your fics at fanfiction.net (and I’m on the way to read the other ones that I haven’t already read at other places) and found out your LJ yesterday.
I liked this fic very much too (yeah… I liked all of your fics but it’s not my fault… it’s yours for writing such exciting stories with characters so IC and original plots).
I was really scared of the wolf’s side of Remus; I was also worried about James but, mostly, about Sirius; because he’s the one who had to deal with Remus/wolf.
And you just give us a theory about their mistrust in Remus, about him being the traitor.
I’m, in some kind, repeating some of qfapo’s sentences but I just needed to give you my point of view (even though it’s completely useless… one does what she can, but it’s quite difficult for me to write in English ^^U). So if you don’t like me giving comments just say it, no problem at all.
Thanks!
