Oh, Kitchen Girl!
Jun. 21st, 2011 11:39 pmWent out to dinner with Hubby's family tonight. We actually sat at two tables, one for the eight adults, and one for the seven kids, ages 14-3. (We got compliments from the other diners about how well-behaved the kids were! I think they were just pleasantly surprised that a table of just children wasn't a disruptive disaster.) The three-year-old's parents sat within arm's reach of her.
The big laugh of the evening was when the three-year-old wanted the waitress's attention so she could show the waitress her toy bunny.
"Kitchen Girl! Kitchen Girl, I'm taking care of Bunny!"
I guess she assumed that since the waitress was the one bringing food from the kitchen, she must be a 'Kitchen Girl'.
