I heard my nine-year-old twins stirring this morning (Older Daughter is at a sleepover), so I got up. I was met at the door of my bedroom by my son. He handed me my laptop and told me to go back to bed as they were getting a surprise ready. (He certainly knows the best way to keep me in one place.)
Daughter just came in my bedroom and tried to sneak out the bedtray (left in here when Older Daughter was sick).
Their cooking skills are marginal, so we may be having cereal for breakfast, but it's the thought that counts. Happy Valentine's Day!
