Er. I got my laptop drenched a little over a month ago, and it ended up destroying it. You might be able to save yours... It depends on just how much water got in and where. Turn it off, take out the battery, take out the keyboard if you can (I know you can do that on iBooks), turn it upside down and leave it to dry for a WHILE. Like a few days or more.

Like I said, mine was destroyed, but eventually I got it dry enough to extract some files. It could probably still be repaired, but it would cost almost as much as a new laptop.
