What's making you happy today?

sheafrotherdon asked her friends' list, "What's making you happy today?" In her case, it was the "awesome" shoes she's wearing, charming shopkeepers, and an unexpected sighting of violets. I got happier just reading about them.

What's making me happy today? I met a friend for lunch at a sandwich shop around the corner from where she works. She's a good friend, but despite the fact that we live quite close to one another, we rarely make time just to get together and talk. Today we made the effort, and I had a great time just chatting with her. And my grilled chicken caesar wrap was pretty nummy too!
